  All four of our party opted for the Cumbrian taster menu and and without exception every course plus the in between tasters were a culinary success, subtle flavours and presentation from beginning to end, the whole team made it a great night and kept us fully informed and we picked up some new knowledge on the local area

  WOW! We ate here on Friday gone and wanted to share our experience. My husband and I would describe the food as exciting, innovative and memorably tasty . The staff were all very knowledgeable and gave good explanations of each delicious course. Well done guys... Ryan and Craig for bringing that place to life again.

  Probably one of the best taster meals we've had, that's speaking for me my wife my son of 12 and also my mother and father in law, and we've had our fair share of tasters. We we're in between choosing from the taster menu and the standard menu, as our previous taster was a real let down(different restaurant). The price was well worth what you got, and a fraction of the price compared to so many other restaurants offering set tasters. The service was second to none, with the chef making the effort to greet you, and even managed to get out to explain each course as it was brought to you which was a great touch. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can. Craig Mc 23/12/16
